Mr. Robbie at Atlas
Reed Family Law
Mr. Atlas,
Thank you so much for being here.
Our entire team genuinely appreciates the work you do, and we believe that your hard-fought reputation deserves to be recognized.
To jump right in, there's good news and there's bad news.
The Good News
You're not alone in what's happening to your online reputation, and you've done nothing wrong.
The Bad News
You are being mentioned less than 2% of the time when people in Raleigh are looking for a local attorney.
That’s not fair to you or the people who need your help. So we've created this report to show you exactly what's happening (and what you can do about it.)
In order to get an accurate look at your online reputation, we leveraged our license with BrandRanker.ai to scan your current digital thumbprint.
We ran your report on January 15, 2026 and, as a reminder, this score doesn’t measure how good of an attorney you are.
It measures how much the digital gatekeepers (GoogleAI, ChatGPT, etc.) trust you, and how likely they will be to recommend you by name.
BrandRanker is one of the most advanced visibility and diagnostic tools on the market.
First, it analyzes your entire digital footprint. Then, it measures how likely (or unlikely) platforms like Google and ChatGPT will recommend you by name to local people who are researching the services which you offer. We call these platforms The Gatekeepers.
By translating complex, digital signals into simple letter grades, you can quickly see exactly where your real-world reputation is failing to translate into machine-trusted visibility, and where your "Reputation Gap" is forming.
Your online brand is effectively invisible with no measurable reputation. It lacks discoverability, third-party citations, and recognizable trust signals. Search engines, AI systems, and users have little evidence your brand exists or should be considered credible.
Put simply, GoogleAI and ChatGPT aren't comfortable recommending you to their users.
Not because of something you did.
But because you aren’t following their new rules.
Over the last year, the criteria for online visibility has shifted.
Ever since Google and ChatGPT (the two primary gatekeepers) launched their AI-based algorithms, licensed professionals instantly began disappearing from their recommendations… especially attorneys.
This really frustrated us. So we built a data source to show us exactly what does and doesn’t work with these new algorithms.
When someone in a city like Raleigh is researching local attorneys, the gatekeepers won’t consistently recommend anyone who can’t answer “yes” to the following three questions:
Excellent attorneys are almost always recommended the least, because they don’t have the bandwidth to meet these new demands.
Atlas wasn’t built to help attorneys “market better” or “get more leads.” Too many people do that already.
We created Atlas to protect the most important value thing you have as an attorney: your reputation.
You’ve spent years building your knowledge, trustworthiness, and credibility.
But the brand new gatekeepers of GoogleAI and ChatGPT don’t know that.
And if we don’t give them the “signals” they are looking for, they unfairly breeze right passed you as if you didn’t exist.
Frankly, that really upsets us. So we built Atlas to stand between you and the gatekeepers. It speaks their language, adapts to their changes, and builds a relationship with them on your behalf.

You’ve built your firm around being responsive, accessible, and steady when things feel chaotic for your clients.
Your online visibility greatly matters, because the people who need that kind of counsel often just choose whoever the internet recommends to them.
That stinks. But unfortunately, it’s the reality all of us business leaders have to accept and navigate.
We’ve only skimmed the surface here, and would love to show you more.
Depending on your personality type, we've got two easy options for you:
Thank you again for your time today, Mr. Atlas.
We genuinely look forward to hearing back from you.

30 minutes. No prep. No commitment.
SEO is like Blockbuster, the Yellow Pages, and pay phones. They worked really well… until they didn’t.
Search has gone from an endless list of links to a conversational recommendation. And those recommendations aren’t built on keywords anymore… they’re built on confidence, credibility, and trust.
Anyone selling an approach that feels like Old MacDonald’s Farm (SEO / AEO / AIO / GEO / AEO) is still clinging to an antiquated approach.
Atlas isn’t focused on stuffing keywords or gaming rankings. We focus on making sure your reputation is clearly understood, trusted, and surfaced by the digital gatekeepers who stand between you and your future clients.
Think of having reviews as “table stakes.”They certainly help your online visibility, but they’re only one signal. Even with a ton of strong reviews, attorneys and other licensed professionals are still getting bypassed by the gatekeepers because their other credibility signals are incomplete or inconsistent.
Unfortunately, big web and attorney listing companies are antiquated at best. While they are well-versed in building listing platforms and usable corporate sites, none of them seem to have any concept of the latest requirements of the new digital gatekeepers. Things like:
• Authorship Signals
• Entity Consistency
• Citation Depth
• Identity Linkage
• Platform Corroboration
Very little upfront. If we work together, we handle the heavy lift and keep demands on your time minimal.
A short walkthrough. If it’s a fit, we’ll outline a clear plan. If it’s not, you’ll still leave with clarity on what’s happening and what to watch.
